PRIMAX
Context
PRIMAX is the biggest gas station company in Peru. They began a project with the intention of going beyond energy with the first objective to understand their clients and their future expectations.
We approach this project through stakeholder interviews, observation, co-creation sessions, and an exercise of designing future scenarios.
CONCEPT
The new PRIMAX is a holistic recharging ecosystem that accompanies people in their movement through the city and allows them to reach their destinations in an optimal state to face the experiences to come.
For this project, we developed a concept vision for the new recharge station which included the architecture for the elements of this ecosystem, the service design, designing new roles for employees, a new product offer, and digital elements to complete the whole concept.
