UPC

Context

UPC is a Peruvian university ​that wanted to develop a new digital experience for candidates, improving its conversion ratio, and build on the quality perception.

The research involved stakeholders, candidates and student interviews together with digital ethnography, co-creation sessions with directors and managers. It was really important to take into account, not only the future student but their close circle including family members, friends and teachers.

CONCEPT

The final concept was developed into a tool that helps prospects make a decision by delivering actionable dosage information during this journey to university because they need to orient themselves, know, evaluate, validate and be empowered.

The concept put emphasis in, among some, a step by step process where the prospect could solve question through chat or videoconference with directors, teachers or even students to get inspired and improve engagement.
